New Prototype Brings Enhanced Entertainment to New Jersey Market Topgolf

will open its 102nd U.S. venue and third New Jersey location in Parsippany on Friday, July 3, 2026, marking the debut of a new prototype design that combines golf bays with expanded entertainment options. The 102-bay venue, located at 1269 Route 46 less than 30 miles west of New York City, spans three levels and features climate-controlled bays alongside arcade games, a reimagined outfield targets and slope, and a full-service bar with rooftop terrace. The venue includes 250+ screens for sports viewing and year-round family programming.

Mobile-First Guest Experience The prototype introduces "My Bay, My Way,"

a mobile-first personalization feature that allows guests to order food directly to their bay, select TV channels, and record game highlights from their phones. This offering reflects the company's push toward streamlined, tech-enabled hospitality.

Game Day Suites Expand Hospitality Offering The Parsippany location features

24 dedicated game day suites—significantly more than the two suites typically offered at existing Topgolf venues. Each suite includes multiple surround screens for what the company calls a "panoramic, immersive viewing environment," positioning the venue as a destination for group outings and corporate events.

Grand Opening Incentives To drive opening traffic, Topgolf is offering

one year of free game play to one lucky winner selected from guests who book and complete a one or two-bay reservation between July 3-17. The first 100 guests on July 3 will receive a $50 Topgolf gift card courtesy of Honda and Acura. Topgolf also highlighted membership options available at the new location. PlayMore memberships, priced at $20 per month, include one hour of monthly game play and a free appetizer per visit for up to six people. The Summer Fun Pass, starting at $179 per pass through Labor Day, offers two hours of daily play and 10% off food and beverage.

Why It Matters The Parsippany prototype reflects Topgolf's strategy to

expand entertainment-focused venues in high-density markets near major metros while testing new revenue streams through suite rentals and mobile-ordered food delivery. The expanded game day suite capacity targets group events and sports-viewing occasions that casual golf venues traditionally underserve.
