Limited Cocktail Menu Debuts Through October 15 Richard Sandoval Hospitality has partnered with El Tequileño to launch a limited-time cocktail collection available at participating restaurants nationwide. The menu supports Chef Richard Sandoval's Old Ways, New Hands initiative, a mentorship and accelerator program dedicated to empowering the next generation of Latin entrepreneurs. The cocktail menu remains available through October 15 in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month.
Mentorship Residency Includes Business Grants Beyond the cocktails, the partnership recently brought this year's cohort to Tequila, Jalisco for a three-day immersive mentorship residency at Casa Salles. Participants received hands-on business training covering branding, digital marketing, and restaurant operations, as well as cultural experiences designed to deepen their connection to their heritage. El Tequileño awarded five $5,000 small business grants to participating entrepreneurs as part of the collaboration.
## Cocktail Menu Lineup The five-drink collection includes: - Guava Rita: El Tequileño Blanco, GuavaRita Mix and Jalisco Orange Liqueur
- Elote Cantarito: El Tequileño Reposado, Nixta Licor de Elote, Cantarito Juice Blend and grapefruit soda
- Old Ways Old Fashioned: El Tequileño Añejo, Demerara syrup and Angostura bitters
- Honeyed Rose: El Tequileño Cristalino, Ramazzotti Aperitivo Rosato, honey syrup and Regan's No. 6 Orange Bitters
- Summer Signals: El Tequileño Blanco, fresh lemon juice, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, lemon ginger basil agua fresca and Brut Cava
