Why It Matters
For food-and-beverage operators and hospitality venues in South Florida, the festival represents a high-profile opportunity to reach affluent diners and network with culinary peers. The event's expansion to 24 events and introduction of new partnership models—like the OpenTable Dining Series collaboration—signals growing demand for experiential dining and chef-centric programming in the region's luxury market.
