Residency Transitions to Permanent Location
Chef Tyler Vorce's Lilli will close its residency at Durango Social Club on Sunday, June 7, 2026, and reopen as a permanent restaurant at 3616 Spring Mountain Road in Las Vegas's Chinatown district in mid-August.
The concept will occupy ground-floor space in the Green Leaf Lotus building, positioning Lilli on a corridor that has emerged as one of Las Vegas's most significant dining destinations outside the Strip.
Building on Residency Foundation
The residency, which launched in November 2025, established Lilli as a distinctive seven-course tasting menu experience rooted in classical French technique with Mediterranean influence. Chef Vorce trained at The French Laundry under Thomas Keller and David Breeden, staged at Troisgros in Roanne and Le Bristol in Paris, and designed the residency format as a prelude to a permanent home.
"Lilli is a community restaurant built on a respect for the natural integrity of the ingredients we serve," said Chef Vorce. "Durango Social Club gave us the space to establish that foundation. Spring Mountain is where it evolves."
The menu shifts weekly based on ingredient availability and reflects Vorce's philosophy of sourcing premium American ingredients presented with clarity and simplicity.
Final Residency Details
Through June 7, Lilli continues Friday-through-Sunday service with two seatings nightly at 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. The tasting menu costs $125 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
The Bar at Lilli operates the same evenings from 5 to 10 p.m., open to walk-ins with elevated bites, curated wines, and cocktails.
Vorce plans to host collaboration dinners ahead of the permanent opening, with details to be announced later this summer.
Why It Matters
Spring Mountain Road's evolution into a premier dining corridor has drawn significant chef talent and independent restaurant investment. Lilli's permanent establishment signals continued momentum in that market segment and represents another data point in the shift toward chef-driven concepts operating outside traditional casino-resort frameworks in Las Vegas.
