JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa will launch Le Petit Chef at its UnReserved Food Bazaar restaurant on November 20, marking the first location of the internationally acclaimed concept in Florida. The experience centers on a 3D projection-mapped animated chef who prepares a five-course meal on guests' tabletops. As the miniature chef works with oversized ingredients, diners receive courses highlighting Florida ingredients: butter-poached spiny lobster with risotto and key lime beurre blanc, Australian Wagyu beef tenderloin with Florida orange-glazed carrots, and espresso crème brûlée.
Availability and Booking Le Petit Chef will operate Thursday through Saturday at UnReserved Food Bazaar.
Reservations are now open through the concept's booking system. The dinner-and-show format represents an emerging category in experiential dining, blending tabletop theater with multi-course service—a model gaining traction in luxury hotel restaurants seeking differentiation amid competitive dining markets.
Why It Matters
For hospitality operators, Le Petit Chef demonstrates how projection mapping and theatrical staging can elevate average check and extend dining duration. The concept's expansion into Florida underscores demand for immersive experiences in destination resort markets.
