Two Chefs, Two Services Harbour Club, a restaurant and private membership club in Miami Beach's Sunset Harbour neighborhood, is now open for breakfast and lunch under pastry chef Antonio Bachour, with dinner service launching November 10 under executive chef Bogdan Danila. The ground-floor dining room seats 80 indoors with wraparound bistro seating overlooking the neighborhood. The restaurant operates Tuesday through Friday for breakfast and lunch, with extended brunch on weekends.

Bachour's Daytime Menu Bachour, celebrated for his pastry work, has designed breakfast, lunch, and brunch menus that combine his confectionery expertise with broader gastronomy. "For me, creating the breakfast, lunch, and brunch concept at Harbour Club is about bringing together my passion for pastry and my love for gastronomy," Bachour said. "I wanted to create a menu that celebrates fresh ingredients, beautiful presentation, bold flavors, and creativity, while keeping the food approachable and enjoyable."

Danila's Dinner Program Danila brings two decades of fine-dining experience, including time as executive sous chef at Gordon Ramsay's Pollen Street Social during its Michelin-star year and leadership of The Clocktower in New York to one Michelin star—making him the first Romanian chef to earn the honor. Dinner service runs from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. The menu opens with house staples including Miami Brewery sourdough with bone marrow butter and a caviar crêpe. Tableside presentations include Caesar salad and a shrimp martini from the martini cart. Entrées range from whole roasted Florida snapper Veracruz and Dover sole meunière to a 32-ounce dry-aged ribeye for two. "At The Restaurant at Harbour Club, guests can look forward to a dining experience that celebrates exceptional ingredients, refined European cuisine and the vibrant spirit of Miami," Danila said. "From the finest seafood and prime cuts to thoughtfully crafted dishes and memorable tableside presentations, our philosophy is simple: to create an atmosphere where great food, genuine hospitality, and a sense of occasion come together."

Membership Component Upstairs, the private membership club will soon reopen with a redesigned lounge, bar, DJ booth, and members-only entrance. The club is owned by Frankie Santos and Luis Simoes, both veterans of exclusive London hospitality venues including Chiltern Firehouse and Annabel's.

Why It Matters

The dual-chef model and extended service hours position Harbour Club as a full-day neighborhood destination in a competitive Miami dining landscape, while the private membership component offers a recurring revenue stream and loyalty anchor for the restaurant operation.
