Boston Women's Dining Club Amie Charts Growth With App Launch and Regional Expansion

Amie, the Boston-based women's social dining membership founded by hospitality entrepreneur Rachel Amiralian, is rolling out a suite of summer programming that signals accelerating expansion beyond Greater Boston.

The membership platform—which operates $10/month subscriptions for curated restaurant dinners and social events—will debut a mobile app on June 17, launch a new chef-driven soirée series in Cambridge starting in August, and expand into Providence and Portland by year-end.

"Amie was created to make meaningful connections feel effortless through hospitality, food and shared experiences," Amiralian said. "This summer reflects the next chapter of Amie — expanding into new cities, launching larger experiential events, and continuing to create spaces where women can gather in ways that feel elevated, intentional, and genuinely fun."

New Soirée Series and Events

Amie Soirée Cambridge will debut as a quarterly chef-driven dining series at top Cambridge restaurants, kicking off in August with themed menus, wine pairings, and exclusive member pricing. Similar soirées are planned for Providence and Portland later this year.

The membership is also hosting large-scale experiential events, including a partnership with caviar company Roe House on August 27 for a "Boujee Picnic" at Verrill Farm featuring champagne, caviar, sunflower picking, and live music. The event opens to non-members, with exclusive pricing for Amie subscribers.

App Launch and Travel Plans

The new mobile app will let members customize dining calendars by city while accessing the broader Amie community platform. Amie Travel, launching in fall 2026, will offer organized group travel experiences exclusively for members.

The platform's summer calendar includes weekly small-group dinners at sought-after Boston-area restaurants including Giulia, Toro, Avra Estiatorio, and Mooncusser, with reservations beginning immediately.

Community and Volunteer Programming

Amie is layering volunteer opportunities into its membership offering. Members can join farm volunteer work at Gaining Ground (Concord) on June 27, or meal-packing shifts at Community Servings (Jamaica Plain) on July 27, both followed by group dining.

The initiatives reflect a broader industry trend toward experiential membership models that blend dining, social connection, and community impact—particularly among women-focused platforms seeking loyalty beyond transactional meal bookings.

Why It Matters

For operators, Amie's expansion signals growing demand for curated, membership-based dining experiences that emphasize community over volume. The platform's $10/month model and volunteer integration suggest operators partnering with such groups can drive off-peak traffic and member loyalty through programming beyond food alone. The app launch and regional expansion indicate the concept is moving beyond a Boston curiosity into a scaled business model.
