Spencer Leibold has assumed the role of lead bartender at WarrenPeace, the candlelit Tribeca cocktail bar and restaurant inspired by the broader Balkan region. Since summer 2024, Leibold has overseen the bar's Mediterranean-leaning program, which emphasizes ingredient-driven cocktail development and guest experience.

Leiboldt brings more than a decade of hospitality experience across diverse venues—from college and sports bars to high-volume nightlife spots and neighborhood cocktail destinations. His approach to bartending extends beyond the drink itself.

"Bartending is a lot more than simply the drink that goes in the glass," he said. "It's an opportunity to connect with people in a cultivated environment where guests can feel at ease."
