Wading Into Dinner Urban Cowboy Lodge & Resort in Big Indian, New York has launched the River Dining Experience, an unconventional meal where guests don waterproof Muck Boots and dine in the flowing waters of Esopus Creek. Guests are outfitted with boots from The Original Muck Boot Company before entering the water, where a dining table awaits with the sound of the rushing river as the backdrop. The Catskills property serves wood-fired pizzas from Chef Auggie Russo's Tiny Pizza Kitchen alongside the lodge's cocktails, beer, and wine selections.
Pricing and Availability The River Dining experience starts at $195 per person and launched this past holiday weekend on Friday and Saturday nights. The activation continues every Thursday through Sunday through October 11.
