TGI Fridays](https://www.tgifridays.com) is rolling out its new 3 For All Menu, a tiered bundle that packages a full-size appetizer, an entrée, and a non-alcoholic drink starting at $11.99—positioning the casual-dining chain's value play around completeness rather than discounting.

Unlike stripped-down combo deals common across the casual-dining segment, 3 For All includes full-size starters such as Mozzarella Sticks, Pan-Seared Potstickers, Broccoli Cheddar Soup, or a House Salad. Entrée choices span three price tiers: $11.99 for a Chicken Quesadilla or Cheeseburger; $13.99 for a Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Caesar Salad, Shrimp Caesar Salad, or Bacon Cheeseburger; and $16.99 for premium options including Sliced Steak Frites, Bruschetta Chicken Pasta, or Blackened Chicken Alfredo. Guests choosing the $16.99 tier get access to select dishes available only through 3 For All, a deliberate move to drive menu trial.

The Operator Logic

The structure is designed to raise per-visit check average while keeping the entry point accessible. Guests can upgrade the included fountain drink, iced tea, or Signature Slush to a $5 Classic Margarita or 16 oz. Michelob Ultra—an alcohol attach rate built directly into the bundle's architecture. For franchisees operating nearly 400 locations across roughly 40 countries, the simplified three-tier pricing gives front-of-house teams a clear upsell path without complicating ticket flow.

"3 For All is not simply another value menu. It is the full Fridays experience, with the generous portions, craveable variety and real choice our Guests expect from us," said Ray Blanchette, Chief Executive Officer at TGI Fridays. "From a full-size appetizer to exclusive dishes and premium options like Sliced Steak Frites, Guests can make the meal their own at a clear price."

New Cocktail Partnership

Alongside the menu launch, Fridays is debuting a new signature cocktail called the Kick in the Pantalones margarita, developed in partnership with Pantalones Tequila—the 100% organic premium tequila brand co-founded by actor Matthew McConaughey and his wife, Camila McConaughey. The drink combines Pantalones Organic Blanco Tequila, DeKuyper Triple Sec, mango, fresh agave sour, and jalapeño, finished with a Tajín half-rim. The celebrity-brand collaboration follows a broader beverage industry trend of casual-dining chains using co-branded cocktails to generate earned media and differentiate bar programs.

The 3 For All launch arrives at a moment when casual-dining operators are under sustained pressure to justify the sit-down experience against fast-casual competition and persistent consumer price sensitivity. Bundling a full appetizer—historically a high-margin, often-skipped course—into a guaranteed, price-anchored package is a structural response to both challenges: it protects margin mix while making the decision to order an appetizer effortless for the guest. Availability, pricing, and participation may vary by location.
