New Restaurant Debuts at One Washington Circle Hotel Ten Ten West End, a new restaurant and bar inside One Washington Circle DC, has opened at 1010 New Hampshire Avenue in Washington's West End neighborhood. The property is owned by Electra America Hospitality Group and managed by Concord Hospitality Enterprises as part of Tapestry Collection by Hilton. Executive Chef Nicholas Fulginiti leads the culinary program, which centers on seasonal American cuisine informed by the Mid-Atlantic region. The menu features contemporary takes on familiar comfort dishes, with offerings including the Sausage Ragù with lumache pasta. Fulginiti's approach blends his Italian heritage with refined French techniques.

Beverage Program and Cocktails The restaurant's beverage program emphasizes handcrafted cocktails and a curated wine list featuring both established estates and emerging producers. Signature cocktails include the Washington Circle, featuring bourbon, black tea, lemon, and local honey; the West End Garden, blending gin, elderflower, cucumber, basil, and citrus; and the Ten Ten Old Fashioned, crafted with rye whiskey, demerara, aromatic bitters, and expressed orange. House-made infusions and premium spirits are featured throughout the program.

Design and Service Model The space is designed for hotel guests and local diners alike, with warm finishes and inviting seating that transitions across dayparts. The restaurant operates breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., lunch from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and dinner from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Happy hour runs from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., with the bar open from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Christopher Blitz, General Manager of Ten Ten West End, stated: "Ten Ten West End was envisioned as a dining destination guests naturally return to time and again. Our aim was to create a setting where exceptional cuisine, gracious service, handcrafted cocktails, and thoughtfully selected wines come together effortlessly—equally suited to celebrating a milestone or enjoying an impromptu Tuesday evening, always with the promise of a memorable experience and a genuinely warm welcome."

Why It Matters

For D.C.-area hospitality operators, Ten Ten West End represents the expanding trend of hotel restaurants positioning themselves as standalone neighborhood destinations rather than amenities exclusive to guests. The emphasis on seasonal sourcing, chef-driven cuisine, and house-made bar components reflects broader operator priorities around differentiation in competitive urban markets.
