The new restaurant represents the brand's first permanent dining partnership at the iconic golf resort, building on previous event activations around the Cadillac Championship.

Design and Offering The restaurant centers on an omakase counter crafted from Italian Calacatta Viola marble, complemented by a custom gold-leaf wallcovering fabricated in France and adorned with hand-painted koi. The speakeasy-style setting will offer chef-guided tasting menus alongside handcrafted cocktails, premium sake, and rare Japanese whiskies. "Trump National Doral is an iconic destination at the intersection of business, leisure and world-class hospitality, making it a natural fit for Sushi by Boū and the elevated, high-energy dining experience we bring to every destination," said Erika London, CEO of Sushi by Boū. Scaling the Omakase Model Sushi by Boū operates a small-footprint model designed to transform underutilized spaces within hotels and resorts into high-performing dining venues. The Trump National Doral location accommodates larger groups and resort events while preserving the brand's intimate, chef-led format. With this opening, Sushi by Boū expands to four South Florida locations. The brand currently operates 20+ locations across nine markets—New York, New Jersey, Florida, Illinois, Tennessee, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, Utah, and Ohio—with approximately 30 locations anticipated by the end of 2026.
