Corporate travel managers now have a direct pipeline into Marriott International's central reservation system through Spotnana, the travel infrastructure company whose new integration delivers real-time pricing, live inventory, and rich property content across all 10,000 Marriott properties worldwide.
The integration, effective September 10, 2026, positions Spotnana as the first corporate booking technology provider to offer verified loyalty linking with Marriott Bonvoy. Travelers can connect their Bonvoy account directly to their Spotnana profile, allowing the platform to recognize elite status and co-branded credit card holders and display current points balances — a capability that has long been a friction point in managed travel programs.
What Travel Managers Gain
Beyond loyalty linking, the integration surfaces a suite of tools that address common pain points in corporate hotel management. Corporate negotiated rates are bookable natively within the platform, and travelers see the same room photos, amenity details, and availability that appear on Marriott's own direct channels. Self-service modification and cancellation — without agent intervention — is also supported, reducing the administrative burden on travel management companies and in-house travel teams.
A notable addition for travel managers is Reservation Delivery, a patent-pending Marriott technology that provides real-time visibility into booking changes made through any Marriott channel. Shannon Patterson, Chief Commercial Performance Officer at Marriott International, said the feature "helps customers better support their travelers and manage spend" while reinforcing Marriott's push into next-generation corporate distribution. Hillary Dallas, Head of Global Travel & Events at Amazon, noted the integration gives travelers "clear visibility into negotiated rates, loyalty benefits, and self-service tools" across every stage of a trip.
Building on an Existing Partnership
The direct integration extends a relationship the two companies have cultivated through the Business Access by Marriott Bonvoy program, which Spotnana powers for small and mid-sized businesses. That global program allows SMBs to book Marriott properties at discounted rates alongside flights, rail, and car rentals in a single multilingual tool — with expense management and live travel data baked in.
For hospitality operators and corporate travel program managers, the practical implications are significant. Attribute-based shopping — where travelers filter and book by specific room features rather than rate categories — is explicitly named as a near-term capability this infrastructure is designed to support. That shift has been a slow-moving priority across the hotel industry, and a direct integration of this scale with the world's largest hospitality company accelerates its viability in managed travel.
Spotnana's partners can activate the Marriott connection through configurable content controls within Spotnana Cloud, requiring no custom development work. As hotel distribution strategy continues to evolve alongside corporate demand recovery, integrations that collapse the gap between property systems and booking platforms are becoming a competitive differentiator for both technology vendors and the hotel brands that align with them.
