Serafina Restaurant Group has opened Brasserie Cognac Américain, a French brasserie offering elevated dining and craft cocktails. The new venue has launched a summer cocktail menu designed for warm-weather service.

Summer Cocktail Lineup The menu features three signature drinks.

The La Vie En Rose combines Tito's Vodka, St-Germain, peach liqueur, hibiscus tea, and lemon for a floral, bright profile. The Spicy Passion pairs Tanteo Jalapeño Tequila with passion syrup and Grand Marnier. The Cognac Sazerac blends Hennessey VSOP Cognac with Peychaud Bitters and Absinthe.

Why It Matters

Brasserie concepts remain popular across major markets, particularly those emphasizing craft cocktails and French-inspired dining. The focus on seasonal menus and distinctive spirits—especially cognac—signals a shift toward premium positioning in the casual-dining cocktail space.
