Bookings are now open for Seabourn's winter 2028-2029 Caribbean season, with 10 itineraries running from Dec. 28, 2028, through March 29, 2029, aboard Seabourn Ovation and Seabourn Quest. The season covers 21 ports across 20 countries and island territories, with voyages ranging from seven to 12 days.

The program is built around the access advantages of smaller ships — calling at ports such as St. Barts, which limits cruise ship visits to one per day, as well as Bequia and Little Bay in Montserrat, harbors inaccessible to larger vessels. Seabourn Ovation will sail between Bridgetown, Barbados, and Philipsburg, Sint Maarten, while Seabourn Quest offers round-trip departures from Miami.

Food & Beverage Centerpiece

Culinary programming is a defining thread of the season. The line's signature "Caviar in the Surf" experience at Carambola Beach in St. Kitts — featuring Champagne, caviar, and a beach barbecue served by the onboard team — anchors multiple sailings. Holiday voyages include New Year's Day celebrations at Carambola Beach aboard both ships, Christmas Eve at the same venue, and Christmas Day in Jost Van Dyke on select 10-day itineraries. Onboard, destination-inspired menus highlight regional flavors and seasonal ingredients, an approach that aligns with the broader push across luxury hospitality to tie dining programs directly to the places guests are visiting.

"The Caribbean remains one of our most sought-after regions, and we're delighted to return with a collection of thoughtfully designed voyages that showcase both iconic islands and lesser-known gems," said Mark Tamis, President of Seabourn. "Whether guests are joining us for a week or combining itineraries for a longer escape, they'll experience the personalized service, extraordinary cuisine and immersive destination experiences that define Seabourn."

Quest's Drydock Refresh

Guests sailing aboard Seabourn Quest will benefit from what the line describes as one of the most comprehensive interior updates in its history. The recently completed drydock addressed suites, public spaces, dining venues, and spa facilities, with the goal of elevating onboard comfort alongside the culinary and service standards the brand is known for. For travel advisors and hospitality buyers, the refresh positions Quest as a meaningfully upgraded product heading into the 2028-29 winter cycle.

The intellectual dimension of the voyage — already a point of differentiation in premium cruise hospitality — continues through the Seabourn Conversations program, which brings cultural thinkers and subject-matter experts onboard for presentations and informal discussions tied to destination context. Shore experiences include UNESCO World Heritage Sites such as Nelson's Dockyard in Antigua, Brimstone Hill Fortress in St. Kitts, the Pitons in St. Lucia, Historic Bridgetown and The Garrison in Barbados, and Willemstad's historic districts in Curaçao.
