Restaurant data and operations platform Rosnet has moved into a new headquarters at 11500 N Ambassador Drive, Suite 400, in Kansas City's Northland district, replacing its longtime home in an underground limestone-bluff business park in Parkville, Missouri. The company will host a Grand Opening on October 15, 2026.
The relocation caps a year of expansion for the Kansas City-based firm, which now supports 84 franchise brands across more than 6,000 restaurant locations with reporting, food management, and labor management tools. Clients include large multi-unit operators such as Applebee's, Wendy's, Corner Bakery, STK, and IHOP — the kind of high-volume, franchise-driven businesses where labor efficiency and food cost control are constant pressure points.
Growth Behind the Move
The new address coincides with several milestones. Rosnet's headcount has grown to more than 90 employees spread across 13 states, with Kansas City serving as the operational hub. The company also secured a majority investment from growth equity firm M33 Growth earlier in 2026, capital the leadership team says positions it to scale faster than at any prior point in its 28-year history. CEO Derek Slayton, who leads the strengthened executive bench, framed the move in operator terms: "Our clients run restaurants where teamwork happens face to face every shift, and we want our team to work the same way."
The timing also reflects a broader industry pattern. As multi-unit restaurant groups look to consolidate their tech stacks and reduce the number of point solutions they manage, integrated platforms covering labor, food management, and financial reporting are attracting both operator attention and investor capital. For restaurant technology coverage buyers evaluating platforms, Rosnet's scale — more than 6,000 locations — signals meaningful integration depth across diverse franchise systems.
Inside the New Space
The fourth-floor office was designed specifically to support Rosnet's return-to-office program, which launched in September 2026. The space includes a training and conference room that seats up to 87 people with full AV capability, huddle rooms configured for hybrid meetings, whiteboards throughout, two full kitchens, an on-site micro market stocked with fresh food and snacks, and a game room. Conference rooms are named for Kansas City landmarks — Boulevard, Union Station, Parkville, Northland, Legends, and Crossroads — with the Parkville room serving as a deliberate nod to the company's former underground home.
For multi-unit operators assessing a technology partner's long-term viability, a permanent, purpose-built headquarters backed by institutional capital sends a signal that Rosnet is investing in operational stability alongside its product roadmap. As covered in beverage industry analysis and adjacent foodservice sectors, vendor stability is an increasingly weighted factor when enterprise restaurant groups make platform commitments. Founded in 1998, Rosnet has built its reputation on pairing accessible tools with hands-on support — a positioning that has resonated particularly with franchise systems managing hundreds of locations across fragmented ownership structures.
