South Beach has introduced Tour de José, a bookable culinary experience that guides guests through all three José Andrés Group concepts within the resort: DiLido Beach Bar, Zaytinya, and Lapidus Bar. The progressive dining format takes guests on an evening journey across distinct cuisines and atmospheres. The experience begins oceanfront at DiLido Beach Bar with either Moët & Chandon or a Smokey Margarita paired with a Caviar Cone and Jamón Ibérico de Bellota with Pan Tomate. The itinerary continues at Zaytinya with a Chef's Tasting Menu and curated wine pairing inspired by Eastern Mediterranean cuisines. The evening concludes at Lapidus Bar with a signature cocktail and Greek Yogurt with Apricot dessert.

Pricing and Logistics Tour de José is priced at $325 per guest and requires a minimum one week advance booking.
