What Launched

Revinate has moved beyond guest data management with three simultaneous product launches — Revinate Pathways, Revinate Vault, and an updated Revinate Chat — positioning itself as what it calls hospitality's first data activation platform. Unlike a CRM, which stores records, or a customer data platform, which unifies them, Revinate's new architecture adds AI-driven prediction and automated execution on top of both, all within a single system. The releases are generally available as of October 14, 2026.

The timing reflects a gap the industry has struggled to close. According to h2c's AI Opportunity Study 2026, 91% of hotel chains report using AI in some form, yet only 13% have measured a return on investment from it. Revinate says its own customer base tells a different story: 60% report an ROI of 20x or more on the platform. The company is using that performance data to push further into the enterprise segment, where major hotel brands are already among its customers.

Three Products, One Foundation

Revinate Pathways replaces broadcast email campaigns with automated guest journeys that trigger on real events — bookings, check-ins, birthdays, abandoned carts — and branch based on how each guest responds. The product covers email and SMS at launch, with WhatsApp support expected before year-end. Built-in consent controls manage SMS compliance, and an integrated reporting layer tracks room nights, reservations, and outlet spend attributed to each journey.

Revinate Vault acts as a centralized knowledge base for property and brand information. Hotels upload documents covering everything from spa hours to cancellation policies; Revinate's AI layer, called Ivy, reads them and populates answers automatically. At launch, Vault powers Chat responses. The roadmap calls for Vault to extend to Pathways settings and, eventually, to Revinate Feedback and Reservation Sales, so a single content update propagates across all guest-facing touchpoints.

Revinate Chat, first shown at HITEC 2026 in June, resolves up to 80% of routine guest questions without staff intervention, drawing answers directly from Vault. The newest version links Chat into Pathways workflows, so pre-arrival and welcome messages can surface a Chat entry point by SMS, and every guest interaction appends to that guest's profile.

The Data Underneath

The platform runs on Revinate Core, the company's customer data platform, which resolves records from hundreds of integrated systems into what Revinate calls Rich Guest Profile® data — a repository covering 1.25 billion guest profiles. On top of that sits a synthetic data engine designed to model demand at scale without using personal details.

"A guest who books a room, a table, and a spa treatment is one guest in Revinate, not three," said David Stephens, Chief Technology Officer of Revinate. "The synthetic data engine learns from behavior, never personal details, which lets us model demand at a scale no single hotel could reach while protecting every guest's privacy."

For hospitality operators watching AI investment in hotel technology accelerate without clear payoff, the practical question is execution speed. Revinate CEO Bryson Koehler framed the shift plainly: "Revinate Pathways, Revinate Vault, and Revinate Chat put what a hotel knows about its guests and its properties to work in the moments that decide a booking, and they get sharper every time a guest responds."

The launches also matter for food and beverage operators embedded within hotel environments — outlets that stand to benefit directly from Pathways journeys that track and attribute outlet spend, giving property-level F&B teams clearer data on which guest touchpoints drive covers and revenue. Those looking for a broader lens on how AI is reshaping service environments can find context in restaurant and hospitality technology reporting across the F&B industry.
