The New Lineup
Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. is broadening its fall menu on Oct. 19 with the limited-time Prime Rib Stack Burger, the return of two fan-favorite burgers to its value tier, and an entirely new bottomless Refreshers beverage program — a multi-pronged update that signals the casual-dining chain is leaning into both premium indulgence and accessible price points at the same time.
The Prime Rib Stack Burger leads the launch with a hand-pressed beef patty layered with sliced prime rib, Monterey Jack cheese, caramelized onions and garlic aioli on a black-and-white sesame seed brioche bun, served with a bottomless side. The meat-on-meat build fits squarely within the elevated-LTO strategy that has become a reliable traffic driver across the casual dining segment, where operators routinely use limited-time premium items to lift average check while generating social media visibility.
Value and Beverage Innovation
Simultaneously, Red Robin is repositioning two previously menu items — the Bleu Ribbon Burger and the Burnin' Love Burger — onto its Big YUMMM Deals value menu, priced starting at $9.99. That bundle includes an entrée, a bottomless side and a bottomless beverage, a format designed to drive dine-in traffic and reinforce the chain's "bottomless" equity. The Bleu Ribbon features HEINZ 57 Sauce, bleu cheese crumbles, crispy onion straws and green chili aioli on a brioche bun; the Burnin' Love arrives with fried jalapeño coins, salsa, pepper jack cheese and green chili aioli. Running a premium LTO alongside a reinforced value tier is a deliberate hedge — one that lets Red Robin speak to price-sensitive guests without discounting its core brand.
On the beverage side, the chain is debuting a line of Bottomless Refreshers in five flavors: Tropical Dragon Fruit, Mango Passion Lemonade, Sunset Lemonade, Poppin' Purple Lemonade and Raspberry Limeade. Guests can add Red Bull to any flavor, which threads the energy-drink co-branding trend into a sit-down casual setting. Brian Sullivan, executive chef and vice president of Culinary & Beverage Innovation at Red Robin, noted the beverage program is designed to "tap into some of the most fun and current beverage trends our guests crave." The energy-drink upsell also gives servers a natural add-on pitch at the table, a modest but meaningful revenue-per-cover opportunity for operators. Broader Menu Expansion
The October refresh extends well beyond burgers and drinks. Red Robin is also adding a Spinach Artichoke Dip; two new chicken wing flavors (Lemon Pepper and a spicier Lemon Pepper Buzz); a Signature Grilled Chicken & Broccoli entrée with four sauce options; and two new milkshakes — a Cookie Dough Milkshake and a Salted Caramel Brownie Milkshake — rounding out a menu update that touches nearly every daypart category. The breadth of the rollout reflects a broader casual-dining playbook: give frequent guests new reasons to visit while offering variety that keeps tables turning across lunch, dinner and late-night occasions. Red Robin operates nearly 500 locations across the United States and Canada, including franchised units.
