Tempo by Hilton Nashville Downtown has promoted Rachad Tayeb to director of food and beverage, effective immediately. Tayeb previously served as general manager of the hotel's on-site dining outlets—Bluestone Lane and Lovelorn Lounge—for the past year. In his new role, he oversees all food and beverage operations across the hotel's dining outlets, with responsibility for team performance and the guest dining experience.
Background Tayeb brings over 18 years of hospitality industry experience to the position.
He joined Tempo by Hilton Nashville Downtown in 2025 from The Joseph, where he held the role of food and beverage manager. Before that, he served as multi-unit general manager at Au Bon Pain in Nashville. "Tayeb built his career on the belief that exceptional service is rooted in genuine connection and operational excellence," according to the hotel's announcement. Outside of restaurant operations, he is active in Nashville's culinary community.
