Father's Day Feast Anchors June Promotions
Perry's Steakhouse & Grille is rolling out an expanded lineup of dining features across its three Chicago-area locations in Oak Brook, Schaumburg, and Vernon Hills this month, anchored by a Father's Day menu on June 21.
The centerpiece offering is a 22-ounce bone-in caramelized prime rib at $69 per person. The cut is pecan-wood-fired, then crusted and caramelized to preference from medium-rare to well-done, topped with Perry's Steak Butter and served with Truffle Merlot Demi-glace and homemade horseradish cream. The restaurant opens at 11 AM on Father's Day for dine-in and to-go pickup, with pre-orders available online.
The chain's signature 3-Course Pork Chop Sunday Supper returns at $49 per person from 4 PM to close, including a complimentary soup or salad and Perry's Dessert Trio. A $15 per person cancellation fee applies for dine-in reservations canceled after June 19.
Bar 79 Introduces Spring Cocktail Lineup
Perry's Bar 79 has launched three new handcrafted spring cocktails:
Rare Rita: "Clarified margarita, silky and crystal-clear, with Socorro Blanco tequila, fresh-pressed lime, agave nectar, and orange bitters, finished with a Valencia orange peel mist and golden salt rim."
Sour Split Decision: "Knob Creek bourbon, fresh-pressed lemon juice, egg white foam, and orange bitters, served with a side of housemade Perry's Reserve Pinot Noir syrup."
Raspberry Refresher: "Perry's Reserve Rosé, Hendrick's, fresh-pressed lemon juice, and freshly muddled raspberry and lychee."
The bar's Mini Martini Trio program offers rotating three-cocktail flights in 2.5-ounce pours. June's selection features Cucumber Blueberry, Thyme Lemon Drop, and Raspberry Refresher.
On Father's Day from 11 AM to 4 PM, exclusive off-the-menu brunch cocktails—Bloody Mary, Rosé Sangria, and Mimosa—are available at $14 each.
Seasonal Wine and Off-Menu Offerings
Perry's is featuring the Siduri Pinot Noir from Oregon's Willamette Valley through June under its "A Glass Worth Knowing" Winemaker's Pour program. The wine is typically reserved for the restaurant's bottle list and showcases "vibrant red fruit, subtle spice, bright acidity, and the silky texture characteristic of Oregon Pinot Noir," according to the restaurant.
Off-the-menu dishes currently available include Steak Tartare, Artichoke Potato and Leek Soup with Truffle Oil, Beef Wellington, Roasted Red Snapper, and Orange Vanilla Cheesecake.
Ongoing Promotions and Friday Lunch
Perry's continues its 3-Course Dinner for $49 and maintains special menus for seniors, military, and first responders during regular hours. A gift card promotion runs through July 31: purchase $125 in Perry's gift cards and receive a complimentary $25 Reward Card valid beginning August 1.
The steakhouse also operates Friday lunch service exclusively at all three Chicago locations, described as "a rare opportunity to experience the full Perry's dining experience at midday."

Why It Matters
For Chicago-area operators and restaurateurs, Perry's June programming demonstrates the value of layered promotional activity—holiday-specific menus, rotating cocktail features, wine programming, and off-menu offerings that drive traffic frequency and check average across the month. The gift card incentive ($25 Reward Card for $125 in purchases through July) extends engagement into Q3, a common revenue-management tactic for upscale steakhouses competing for occasion dining.
