New Menu Emphasizes Nostalgia and Refinement Executive Pastry Chef Jenniffer Woo has unveiled a refreshed dessert menu at The Clubhouse, the bistro-style restaurant at North Palm Beach Country Club. The new offerings aim to complement the venue's existing menu of fresh, locally sourced cuisine. "When creating the dessert menu for The Clubhouse, I focused on crafting desserts that balance nostalgia with refinement," Woo said. "I believe the best desserts tell a story, evoke a memory, and leave guests feeling cared for. Every menu item was created with the intention of delivering comfort, quality, and a sense of connection."

House-Made Offerings Highlight Local Ingredients The menu features seven core dessert items, all house-made.

The Tropical Key Lime Pie ($13) includes toasted coconut meringue, pecan-graham cracker crust, passion fruit, and guava. The Brownie Skillet ($13) is served warm with vanilla ice cream, candied spicy pecans, and chocolate sauce. The Lemon Crème Brûlée ($12)—described as a local favorite—features a caramelized sugar top, whipped mascarpone, and fresh local berries. The Peanut Butter Pie ($12) is prepared with an Oreo crust, peanut butter mousse, and chocolate ganache.

Frozen and Coffee Options Round Out Offerings Cooler seasonal options include house-selected ice cream ($7) and local gelato ($8) in pistachio and salted caramel flavors. An Affogato ($10) allows guests to choose between gelato, espresso, or biscotti. The Clubhouse is managed by Lessing's Hospitality Group and operates at the North Palm Beach Country Club, which was founded in 1963. The restaurant offers panoramic views of the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course.

Why It Matters

For operators in the upscale casual and country club segment, a refreshed dessert program signals a commitment to elevating the entire dining experience. House-made items and seasonal pricing ($7–$13) reflect a premium positioning without excessive cost, a model that resonates with members-based venues seeking to drive repeat traffic and justify membership value.
