Park Hyatt St. Kitts has announced four executive appointments across operations, sales & marketing, and food & beverage leadership. Jisun Song joins as Director of Operations, bringing more than 15 years of international luxury hospitality experience across Europe, the United States, and Asia. She most recently served as Director of Operations at Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa, where she led the property to achieve Park Hyatt's highest customer service scores globally for three consecutive years while driving strong business performance. In her new role, Song will oversee the resort's Rooms and Food & Beverage divisions, focusing on guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Marissa Diaz takes the role of Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing for Park Hyatt St. Kitts & Hyatt Regency Trinidad. With more than 26 years of hospitality experience and a long career with Hyatt, she has held leadership roles across sales, events, marketing, and revenue management. Drawing on her extensive Caribbean hospitality sector experience, Diaz will oversee sales, marketing, and business development initiatives.

Culinary Leadership Ivan Chieregatti joins as Executive Chef, bringing more than 18 years of international culinary leadership. Originally from Italy, his experience spans properties across Asia, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, India, and Qatar with brands including Hyatt, Hilton, Kempinski, Jumeirah, and Rosewood. Most recently, he served as Executive Chef and F&B Manager at Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya, where he led kitchen teams across five outlets. At Park Hyatt St. Kitts, he will elevate the resort's dining offerings through global expertise and culinary innovation. Haykel Cheour joins as Executive Pastry Chef with more than 20 years of international pastry experience built across the Middle East, Asia, and North Africa. Originally from Tunisia, Cheour most recently led pastry operations at Printemps Doha and previously held leadership roles at Kempinski Marsa Malaz Doha, Six Senses Ninh Van Bay in Vietnam, and Chez Shibata in Japan. He is recognized for expertise in artisan bakery, viennoiserie, plated desserts, chocolate artistry, and large-scale sugar and chocolate showpieces. "Jisun's and Marissa's proven expertise and passion for creating memorable guest experiences, combined with Chefs Ivan and Haykel's extraordinary culinary artistry represent an exciting new chapter for our resort," said Mariano Silvestri, General Manager of Park Hyatt St. Kitts.
