New Leadership Team Brings Decades of Luxury Hospitality Experience Park Hyatt St.

Kitts has announced four executive appointments across operations, sales, marketing, and food and beverage. The hires include Jisun Song as Director of Operations, Marissa Diaz as Director of Sales & Marketing, Ivan Chieregatti as Executive Chef, and Haykel Cheour as Executive Pastry Chef. "Jisun's and Marissa's proven expertise and passion for creating memorable guest experiences, combined with Chefs Ivan and Haykel's extraordinary culinary artistry represent an exciting new chapter for our resort," said Mariano Silvestri, General Manager of Park Hyatt St. Kitts. Operations and Commercial Leadership Song brings more than 15 years of international luxury hospitality experience across Europe, the United States, and Asia. Most recently, she served as Director of Operations at Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa, where she led resort operations and helped the property achieve Park Hyatt's highest customer service scores globally for three consecutive years while driving strong business performance. In her role overseeing the Rooms and Food & Beverage divisions, Song will focus on enhancing guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Diaz joins with more than 26 years of experience and a long-standing career with Hyatt, having held leadership roles across sales, events, marketing, and revenue management. She will lead commercial strategy across Park Hyatt St. Kitts and Hyatt Regency Trinidad as Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing, overseeing sales, marketing, and business development initiatives focused on revenue performance and brand positioning.

Culinary Appointments Chieregatti brings more than 18 years of international culinary leadership, most recently serving as Executive Chef and F&B Manager at Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya, where he led kitchen teams across five outlets. Originally from Italy, his experience spans properties across Asia, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, India, and Qatar with brands including Hyatt, Hilton, Kempinski, Jumeirah, and Rosewood. He has also prepared meals for internationally renowned figures including Lenny Kravitz, Mariah Carey, Elton John, The Rolling Stones, Roger Federer, Hugh Grant, and Mike Tyson. Cheour brings more than 20 years of international pastry experience built across the Middle East, Asia, and North Africa. Most recently, he led pastry operations at Printemps Doha, the Middle East's largest department store, and previously held leadership roles at Kempinski Marsa Malaz Doha, Six Senses Ninh Van Bay in Vietnam, Chez Shibata in Japan, and others. Originally from Tunisia, Cheour is recognized for his expertise in artisan bakery, viennoiserie, plated desserts, chocolate artistry, confectionery, and large-scale sugar and chocolate showpieces. As Executive Pastry Chef, Cheour's vision is to elevate the pastry program by combining internationally refined techniques with the warmth, flavors, and character of the island. "His ambition is to create signature desserts that become part of the destination itself - celebrating local ingredients wherever possible while offering guests experiences that are distinctive, elegant, and unforgettable."
