Starting August 26, Paris Baguette is rolling out a nationwide limited-time fall menu built around two flavor pillars — caramel apple and pumpkin — plus returning savory staples and a new breakfast pastry sandwich, giving the bakery-café chain a broad seasonal platform heading into its highest-traffic quarter.
The New Lineup
The caramel apple collection is new for the season and spans six SKUs: a four-layer Caramel Apple Streusel Trifle (also available as a personal Trifle Cup), a Caramel Apple Streusel Donut, Waffle, and Tart, plus a Caramel Apple Macchiato and a Caramel Apple Matcha Latte — both available hot or iced. The pumpkin side of the menu leans into a streusel-forward format across a Pumpkin Streusel Tart, Pumpkin Cheese Danish, and Pumpkin Spice Cruffin, alongside three beverages: Pumpkin Streusel Latte, Pumpkin Chai Oatmilk Latte, and Pumpkin Sweet Cream Cold Brew. The dual-track approach lets operators capture both the established pumpkin spice consumer and guests looking for something newer, without requiring a full operational overhaul.
On the savory side, Paris Baguette is bringing back its Pecan Tart, Carrot Cake, Pesto Chicken Pizzetta with Goat Cheese, Turkey Cranberry & Goat Cheese Pastry Sandwich, and Harvest Chicken Salad. The only net-new savory item is a Chicken Sausage, Egg & Cheddar Everything Breakfast Pastry Sandwich, which extends the brand's morning daypart with a portable, everything-seasoned flaky pastry format. For bakery-café operators watching daypart diversification, breakfast sandwiches with premium protein remain a high-margin growth area.
Loyalty and Community Tie-Ins
The launch is paired with a PB Rewards push: members receive weekly $3 latte, macchiato, matcha, and chai offers every Monday from August 31 through September 20, each valid through the following Sunday. National Coffee Day (September 29) gets a free medium coffee with any purchase. First-time app sign-ups receive a free pastry. Loyalty-gated promotions like these are increasingly central to seasonal menu strategy across the restaurant industry, driving both repeat visits and digital engagement data that can inform future LTO planning.
Paris Baguette is also running a charitable giving component from August 26 through September 30 under its Love Baked In™ program, partnering with No Kid Hungry. Guests can donate $1, $2, or $3 at café checkout or round up orders placed in-app or online. The initiative positions the brand's seasonal push as a community moment, a framing that carries growing weight as hospitality brands invest in purpose-driven marketing to deepen neighborhood loyalty.
Cathy Chavenet, Chief Marketing Officer at Paris Baguette North America, framed the season as a balance of novelty and comfort. "This year, we have thoughtfully reimagined your favorite pumpkin classics and crafted a decadent caramel apple lineup to turn everyday moments into cozy fall rituals," she said. The brand is targeting 1,000 North American cafés by 2030, making broad seasonal consistency across its franchise network a critical operational consideration as it scales.
