Omni Hotels & Resorts is bringing its holiday food and beverage programming to its largest footprint yet this season, with Blitzen's Bar returning at 30 U.S. properties — more than in any prior year — and a fresh slate of destination-tied dining experiences designed to drive incremental revenue and repeat visits.
Blitzen's Bar Grows
All 30 Blitzen's Bar locations are set to open by November 20, temporarily transforming existing hotel bars into themed seasonal pop-ups. Acclaimed mixologist Julie Reiner — co-founder of New York's Clover Club and Milady's and a judge on Netflix's Drink Masters — returns for her third consecutive year to helm the cocktail program. The 2026 menu features eight signature cocktails and two zero-proof options. New additions include Santa's Soirée, a gin and sparkling wine cocktail with citrus and pomegranate, and the alcohol-free Elf Elixir, built on dragon fruit and lemon with strawberry and green apple boba. Returning favorites such as The Blitzen, Frost Bite, and the zero-proof Merry Spritz-mas round out the lineup, alongside holiday snack bites including Mistletoe & Maple Savory Sticks and Santa's Secret Cookie Stash, with offerings varying by property.
The Blitzen's Bar model illustrates a broader hospitality trend: converting underutilized bar space into ticketed or themed seasonal activations that generate buzz and lift average check during a high-traffic travel window. For operators tracking holiday beverage trends in hospitality, the program's multi-year retention of a nationally recognized mixologist also signals the growing importance of credentialed culinary talent as a hotel marketing asset.
Signature Dining Experiences
Beyond the bar program, Omni Hotels & Resorts is debuting locally inspired Signature Experiences that layer F&B into broader stay packages. At Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in San Diego, a Traditions to Table dinner invites guests to submit a family recipe to Chef Emily Brubaker — winner of NBC's Yes, Chef! — who then builds a personalized holiday menu around it. At Omni Nashville Hotel, a Night at Nashville's Nutcracker package bundles suite accommodations with VIP ballet tickets, private car service, dinner at Bob's Steak & Chop House, and breakfast at Kitchen Notes the following morning. At Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate, a sunrise hot air balloon experience includes hot chocolate and holiday cookies served more than 100 feet above the resort grounds.
These bundled packages reflect a strategy well documented in restaurant and hospitality programming: pairing F&B with experiential moments to justify premium pricing and reduce rate sensitivity, particularly for leisure travelers booking over the holiday stretch.
Promotions and Property-Wide Programming
On November 28, all Omni properties will simultaneously illuminate their Christmas trees at 6 p.m. local time, distributing complimentary holiday cookies to lobby guests. Santa's Landing themed rooms — available at 26 properties from November 14, 2026, through January 3, 2027 — include a $100 hotel credit with a two-night minimum stay. The National Gingerbread House Competition at The Omni Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa in Asheville returns with more than $40,000 in cash and prizes.
On the commercial side, Omni's Magical Memories promotion offers up to 20% off stays plus a $25 food and beverage credit for travel through March 31, 2027, when booked by January 3. A separate Bright Lights, Big Savings offer delivers 30% off two-night-or-longer stays booked November 19 through December 3. Select Guest loyalty members receive early access November 12–18 and earn 2x Omni Credits on bookings made during that window.
Michael Innocentin, Chief Marketing Officer at Omni Hotels & Resorts, framed the programming around repeat visitation: "The goal is to create the kind of holiday experiences that families return to year after year."
