New Flavors Target Summer Entertaining Season
Nothing Bundt Cakes is rolling out its summer flavor lineup beginning June 1, combining returning fan favorites with new limited-time offerings designed to capitalize on Father's Day, graduations, Fourth of July celebrations, and backyard gatherings.
The brand's S'mores Made With HERSHEY'S returns June 1–July 19 across all cake sizes. The chocolate cake features HERSHEY'S milk chocolate chips and mini marshmallows baked in, finished with butter graham streusel.
New to the roster is Peach Cobbler, launching June 8–21 as a personal-sized Bundtlet. The flavor pairs peaches and cream cake filled with cinnamon peaches, topped with cream cheese frosting and brown sugar butter crumble.

Father's Day Gifting Push
The chain is also promoting Father's Day-specific offerings, including a "Best Dad A'round" Decorated Cake and "Best Dad" Bundtini Toppers, positioning the brand for gift-giving occasions alongside seasonal celebrations.
"Summer brings people together for some of the year's most meaningful moments — whether that's gathering for Father's Day, a backyard barbecue or reconnecting with family and friends over a holiday weekend," said Dolf Berle, CEO of Nothing Bundt Cakes. "At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we aim to make those occasions feel more memorable with flavors Guests can look forward to sharing all season long."
Why It Matters
With 800+ locations and plans to reach 1,000 units by 2027, Nothing Bundt Cakes is leveraging seasonal menu innovation to drive traffic during peak summer entertaining months. The limited-time framework creates urgency for both direct-to-consumer orders and franchisee sales during traditionally strong quarters for celebration-focused bakeries.
