National Rollout Brings Childhood-Themed Cocktails to 50+ Locations North Italia is launching its "Forever Young" summer cocktail campaign on July 3, running through September 7. The menu features 16 limited-edition drinks designed around nostalgic summer experiences—from s'mores by the campfire to childhood ice pops and post-game orange slices. Four drinks will be available at all North Italia locations nationwide: the non-alcoholic Orange Slice (orange juice, vanilla, pineapple, oat milk); Dreamsicle Margarita (casamigos blanco, aperol, orange, vanilla); S'more Please (basil hayden bourbon, amaro nonino, cacao, toasted marshmallow); and Capri Punch (nikka vodka, aperol, mango, pineapple, luxardo cherry, fresh lemon). The remaining 12 cocktails are exclusive to regional markets across the country. Texas locations will serve the Northade (orange infused lalo tequila, luxardo del santo, melon, pineapple), while Denver spots feature the Roller Rink (vulcanica vodka, luxardo cherry, disaronno, lime). Florida locations will offer the Peach Ring Spritz (aperol, peach, lemon, prosecco), and California markets get Gush & Tell (strawberry infused vulcanica vodka, fresh raspberries, aperol, lemon), among others.

Why It Matters

Seasonal beverage programming remains a key traffic driver for casual dining concepts.

By anchoring the drinks to universal summer nostalgia—rather than location-specific novelty—North Italia is positioning the campaign as both shareable on social media and operationally straightforward across its multi-state footprint. The four-month window and regional exclusivity model also encourages repeat visits and creates urgency for limited-time offers.
