Greek Fine Dining Venue Adds Wine-Focused Experiences Estiatorio Milos at The Venetian in Las Vegas is launching a series of intimate wine dinners this fall, beginning with an evening dedicated to island wines of the Mediterranean. The inaugural dinner takes place Wednesday, October 14, with arrival reception at 6:30 p.m. and a guided five-course dinner at 7:00 p.m. The experience will focus exclusively on wines from Mediterranean island regions, including established producers from Santorini, Kefalonia, and Crete, alongside lesser-known destinations such as Tinos, Limnos, and Cyprus.

Event Format and Pricing Each course will be paired with a wine selected to complement the dish.

Throughout the evening, guests will learn about featured producers, grape varieties, regions, and how terroir influences the final product. The experience concludes with an opportunity to purchase featured wines at 30 percent off the restaurant menu price. Tickets are priced at $185 per person, inclusive of food and wine. Reservations open Monday, September 21, via SevenRooms or by calling the restaurant directly. Additional wine dinner themes are planned for November 11 and December 16, with details to be announced closer to each date.

About Estiatorio Milos Founded in 1979 by Greek-born restaurateur Costas Spiliadis, estiatorio Milos operates locations across Montreal, New York, Miami, London, Athens, Dubai, Los Cabos, Las Vegas, Singapore, Toronto, and West Palm Beach. Why It Matters

For Las Vegas operators, wine-pairing dining experiences represent a growing opportunity to differentiate premium offerings and command higher per-person spending. The event format—intimate, educational, and retail-enabled—provides a template for restaurants seeking to deepen guest engagement beyond standard service.
