Miami Concepts Land on Côte d'Azur Miami-based Riviera Dining Group is bringing two of its flagship concepts to the French Riviera this July in back-to-back takeovers that reflect a broader shift toward international luxury hospitality partnerships. CASA NEOS will take over Shellona St-Tropez on July 14, launching a reimagined version of its signature Sunset Rituals experience on Pampelonne Beach. The daytime beach club activation begins at 3 p.m., with guest DJ Adriatique providing entertainment as the event extends into the night. The following evening, July 15, MILA Lounge arrives at Klub Cannes, introducing its "MediterrAsian" concept to one of the Riviera's primary nightlife destinations. The midnight-onwards event will feature DJ WhoMadeWho.

Cultural Exchange Between Two Luxury Hubs The partnership follows previous residencies by Shellona at CASA NEOS in Miami, according to the announcement. Riviera Dining Group founder Gregory Galy said: "These collaborations reflect the natural dialogue between two places that share the same appreciation for beauty, celebration, Mediterranean living, and exceptional guest experience." He added: "After welcoming Shellona to Miami, bringing CASA NEOS and MILA to the French Riviera felt like the next chapter of that story, one that continues to connect two international hospitality communities through unforgettable experiences." The activations are supported by David Barokas Group (DB Group), a French hospitality operator with venues across Paris, Cannes, St-Tropez, and Saint-Barthélemy.

Why It Matters

These takeovers signal how established independent restaurant groups are leveraging international brand recognition and seasonal migration patterns to drive demand across multiple markets. For operators, the model demonstrates the revenue potential of strategic residencies and cross-border partnerships during peak travel seasons.
