Matthew Bejarano has been appointed director of food & beverage at Hyatt House Tampa Downtown and Hyatt Place Tampa Downtown, bringing more than 15 years of hotel operations and food and beverage leadership experience to the dual-property role.
Background Bejarano most recently spent two years as dual site community manager and transitions coordinator at Bryten Real Estate Partners, where he managed multi-property operations across a 12-state portfolio and oversaw due diligence, acquisitions, and dispositions. Prior to that role, he served as assistant general manager at Hyatt Place Indianapolis Downtown and Hyatt House Indianapolis Downtown, and held assistant director of operations at Hyatt Regency Miami. His earlier career includes food & beverage leadership positions at The Westin Phoenix Downtown, Le Meridien New Orleans, and The Umstead Hotel & Spa.
