Festival Combines Celebrity Chefs, Wine Tastings, and Philanthropy Malibu Food & Wine, a new three-day festival co-founded by Top Chef runner-up Marcel Vigneron and entrepreneur Lauren Rae Levy, launches September 18–20 at Saddlerock Ranch in Malibu, California.
