Street Pasta Concept Makes Canadian Debut

Mailo's The Pasta Project, a fast-casual restaurant brand with over 50 locations across Greece, Cyprus, and Lebanon, is opening its first North American location in Toronto on June 12 at 357 Bremner Blvd.

The Athens-founded brand specializes in what it calls "street pasta"—elevated pasta dishes designed for convenience without sacrificing quality. Each dish features one of three pasta shapes (Rigatoni, Casarecce, or Campanelle) paired with signature sauces and customizable ingredients, served in Mailo's branded to-go cups.

Menu and Store Design

The Toronto flagship will feature 13 pasta dishes, ranging from classic Carbonara to Greek-inspired Pastitsio. The 357 Bremner location has been designed as a destination for diverse customer bases, including students, professionals, families, and solo diners.
