New Limited-Time Offering Targets Summer Season

Luke's Lobster will roll out a Lobster BLT sandwich across its U.S. footprint starting June 17, marking the chain's latest seasonal menu addition.

The sandwich features fresh wild-caught lobster, bright tomatoes, crispy bacon, crunchy romaine lettuce, finished with mayo and a squeeze of lemon, served with chips for $24. The offering will be available at all Luke's Lobster locations except Portland Pier and Fort Williams in Maine, and Newport, Rhode Island.

The chain operates shacks in major markets including Santa Monica, Newport Beach, San Francisco (SoMA), and Las Vegas (New York-New York Hotel + Fashion Show Mall), alongside its New England base.

Why It Matters

Seasonal LTO platforms remain a core revenue driver for quick-service and fast-casual seafood concepts. Luke's Lobster's nationwide rollout—priced at $24—reflects continued confidence in premium sandwich pricing during peak summer travel and dining occasions.
