Lotte New York Palace is positioning itself as a destination for National Caviar Day celebrations on July 18, offering two distinct experiences across its restaurants.

Morning: Gilded Age Breakfast Villard Restaurant will serve "The 1882 Breakfast," designed to evoke New York's Gilded Age dining traditions. The centerpiece features slow-cooked French-style scrambled eggs topped with Osetra caviar. A secondary offering pairs a warm Belgian waffle with crème fraîche, chives, and additional Osetra caviar. The price is $95 per person.

Evening: Martini and Caviar Pairing The Gold Room will present "The Reserve," pairing Nolet's "The Reserve" Gin with a whisper of Dolin Dry Vermouth. The cocktail accompanies 15 grams of Kaluga caviar, served with traditional buckwheat blini and crème fraîche.

Why It Matters

Luxury hotels increasingly use niche food holidays as opportunities to drive traffic and validate premium pricing. For operators managing high-end venues, the Lotte model—pairing signature spaces with specific caviar products and complementary elements—offers a template for creating shareable, Instagram-worthy events that justify daypart pricing.
