Frequently Asked Questions
Why does Lawrence Group's retail expansion matter to restaurant operators?
Lawrence Group now has three dedicated specialists focused on retail and hospitality design—Moore, Turvey, and Wylie bring 30+ combined years of experience. For operators planning concept rollouts or renovations, that's a meaningful addition to a firm that's designed across healthcare, senior living, and hospitality sectors since 1983.
What's Tascha Turvey's specific expertise that applies to restaurant design?
Turvey managed Revit templates and BIM content libraries at TKC BIM Solutions, meaning she can efficiently develop construction documentation and 3D renderings for multi-unit restaurant builds. Her background in furniture specifications and drawing management directly accelerates permitting and contractor coordination.
Where can you actually work with Lawrence Group if you're outside St. Louis?
Lawrence Group operates offices in St. Louis (HQ), Texas, Florida, and New York. If you're planning a food or hospitality project in those regions, you can access their retail design team without working through a third party.
What makes Lauren Moore's background relevant for hospitality projects?
Moore's 10+ years include roles at Cushman & Wakefield—a global commercial real estate firm—and ArcVision, plus BFA training with international study. That combination means she understands both the financial/leasing side of restaurant locations and the design execution side.
How does Lucas Wylie's role as site surveyor reduce project delays?
Wylie handles field surveying and site assessment in-house rather than outsourcing to a third party. For restaurant groups opening new units, that means faster, more accurate base plans and fewer measurement errors that typically delay design phase timelines.
