Three Concepts, One Location KYURAMEN has opened a multi-brand fast-casual destination at 40 Gold Street in Manhattan's Financial District, combining three distinct Asian dining concepts—Kyuramen Express, Bao Dumpling, and Aokō Matcha—under one roof. The location operates daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. for dine-in, takeout, and delivery.
Kyuramen Express: Streamlined Ramen Format Kyuramen Express marks the brand's first fast-casual format, offering a condensed menu of Japanese comfort food. Signature offerings include Tokyo Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen, Sapporo Miso Ramen, and Kyushu Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. The menu also includes udon, rice bowls, sushi, onigiri, appetizers, and combination meals.
Bao Dumpling: Chinese-Inspired Hybrid Concept Bao Dumpling, a new KYURAMEN Group concept, combines Chinese takeout flavors with dumplings. Guests can choose from Signature Dumpling Bowls, including the Spicy Kung Pao Chicken Dumpling and the chef's special Orange Beef Dumpling. The menu extends to rice bowls, bao, noodles, and shareable bites.
Aokō Matcha: Beverage and Dessert Focus Aokō Matcha completes the trio with Japanese-inspired beverages and desserts.
Signature items include the #8 Gelato, Aokō Parfait, and Aokō Matcha Soft Serve. The brand also offers specialty matcha drinks—Matcha Float with Mochi and Strawberry Matcha Latte—alongside mille crepe cakes.
Grand Opening Promotions From October 1 to 4, Bao Dumpling will offer complimentary Salt & Crunch Chicken with any Dumpling Bowl purchase. Through October 31, customers can enter giveaways for an iPhone Duo by spending $20 or more in-store or by following the brands on Instagram and tagging friends.
Strategic Positioning "This is our first opportunity to bring several KYURAMEN experiences together in one fast-casual setting," said Gary Lin, Founder and CEO of KYURAMEN. "We wanted to create a space where guests can build the meal they want and enjoy Asian-inspired comfort food at one convenient location. Whether they're stopping by for a quick lunch, grabbing dinner to go, sharing appetizers with friends, or looking for a pick-me-up with an afternoon matcha and dessert, there's something for everyone."
Why It Matters
The multi-brand format reflects broader industry trends toward co-tenancy and portfolio expansion in fast-casual dining. By combining ramen, Chinese dumplings, and matcha beverages—all high-margin categories—KYURAMEN targets multiple dayparts and price points in a single location, maximizing operational efficiency in a premium real estate market.
