José Andrés Group has officially launched Tour de José at W Nashville, a collection of culinary experiences spanning three concepts that debuted this year: Bar Mar, Zaytinya, and Butterfly. The program offers options for overnight guests and local diners alike.

Three Package Tiers The most immersive offering is José's Premier Culinary Retreat, a two-night stay at W Nashville featuring a VIP rooftop experience at Butterfly with 60 minutes of open bar service, a three-course signature Mezze lunch at Zaytinya, and a curated multi-course dinner with select wine and cocktail pairings at Bar Mar. Tour de José & Stay provides a more flexible overnight option, pairing accommodations with a $50 nightly dining credit across all three restaurants, with no minimum stay required. For those without an overnight stay, the Tour de José Tasting Experience offers a $170 ticketed progressive dining journey available through Eventbrite. The approximately 3.5-hour experience begins at Bar Mar, continues to Zaytinya, and concludes at Butterfly with skyline views.

Public tasting experience diners start with snacks and starters such as Lobster Croquetas with saffron aioli, Neptune's Pillows with spicy tuna and wasabi, or Fried Puntillas with aioli negro and piparra pepper. Zaytinya's retreat guests enjoy a 120-minute three-course Mezze lunch with one spread, one mezze course, one dessert, and unlimited nonalcoholic beverages. Tasting experience diners choose between two mezze with one spread or one large plate, with options ranging from Hommus to Octopus Santorini to whole Mediterranean sea bass. Butterfly serves as the final stop for tasting experience guests, offering churros and a choice of cocktails—the Salt Air Margarita, Lychee y Soda, Platano Old Fashioned, or Melon Cloud—while overlooking the Nashville skyline.

Operating Hours Bar Mar operates 5PM–9PM Sunday–Thursday and 5PM–10PM Friday–Saturday.

Zaytinya is open 11AM–9PM Sunday–Thursday and 11AM–10PM Friday–Saturday. Butterfly operates 4PM–11PM Sunday–Thursday and 4PM–1AM Friday–Saturday. Guests may book room packages online or by calling 1-615-379-9000. Public tasting experience tickets are available through Eventbrite.
