Limited-Edition Collaboration Lands in Brooklyn Jim Beam and Fini Pizza are bringing the pineapple-on-pizza debate to New York with a one-day-only collaboration on National Hawaiian Pizza Day, August 20. The centerpiece is the Jim Beam Pineapple Hot Honey White Pizza, featuring a sweet-meets-spicy Jim Beam Pineapple hot honey glaze on Fini's signature white pizza. The specialty pie will be available from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Fini Patio Bar (159 Bridge Park Drive, Brooklyn).
Pairing Options Guests can pair their slice with either a Jim Beam Pineapple Whiskey Cocktail or Jim Beam Pineapple Whiskey Italian Ice, both available for the one-day event only. The offerings aim to settle—or reignite—the long-standing culinary argument over whether pineapple belongs on pizza.
Evening Event Jim Beam is also hosting Jim Beam Pineapple Beach, a separate invite-only celebration at Concrete Shoals (down the pier from Fini Patio Bar) from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on August 20. The event will feature DJs Coco & Breezy and the Jim Beam Pineapple Hot Honey White Pizza alongside Jim Beam Pineapple cocktails.
