Competition Structure Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas is launching Hard Rock Rising 2026, a four-round live competition featuring local bands, solo artists, and DJs. The event runs September 2, 9, 16, and 23, with doors opening at 6 p.m. and performances beginning at 6:30 p.m. each night. Each artist will perform a 30-minute set. The competition is presented globally by Hard Rock in partnership with Coca-Cola and spans more than 100 participating Hard Rock Cafes worldwide. Audience members will vote for their favorite performers through a mobile voting platform, scoring artists across musicianship, fan support, vocal talent, originality, and stage presence.

Prize and Path to Global Stage The Las Vegas winner advances to Hard Rock's global competition, with the grand-prize winner announced October 5, 2026. The career-launching package includes a professional recording session, live showcase performance at Hard Rock Orlando, accommodations and theme park experience, cash prize, and professional music streaming distribution.

Limited-Time Food and Beverage Menu During the competition period through September 30, Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas is featuring a Hard Rock Rising menu of shareable appetizers and Coca-Cola-inspired drinks. Food offerings include Thai Peanut Brussels Sprouts, BBQ Pulled Beef Sliders, Lemon & Lime Black Pepper Wings, and Barbacoa Beef Queso and Cheesecake Dip. Beverage options include the Last Call Dragonrita, Orange Cream Soda, and Spiced Yuzu Soda, available with or without spirits.

Why It Matters

For F&B operators, the event underscores how entertainment and hospitality continue to merge on the Strip—venues are leveraging experiential programming and limited-time menu activations to drive traffic and engagement beyond traditional dining. The integration of audience participation (voting via mobile) and curated food-and-beverage offerings creates multiple revenue and dwell-time opportunities during high-traffic event rounds.
