Supper Club Brings Art Deco Glamour to Meatpacking District The h.wood Group is opening Lady Delilah, a 10,000-square-foot supper club, on November 3 at 353 West 14th Street in Manhattan's Meatpacking District. The venue marks the Los Angeles-based hospitality company's fifth location and its inaugural New York City establishment, following openings in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami, and Dallas. The subterranean space draws design inspiration from 1920s glamour, featuring rich vintage oak finishes, plush upholstered seating, cascading chandeliers, and tiled barrel ceilings. An arched white-tile entrance references New York's historic subway architecture. The layout includes a dining room, two private dining spaces, and a full stage for nightly live entertainment. "New York has always been at the center of culture, with a rhythm and character unlike anywhere else. With Lady Delilah, we saw an opportunity to build on Delilah's legacy while reimagining the traditional supper club experience in a way that is reflective of the creative and cultural fabric of Meatpacking," said John Terzian and Brian Toll, co-founders of The h.wood Group.
Dining and Beverage Program Chef Michael Teich, Culinary Director of The h.wood Group, oversees the menu, which reinterprets American bistro tradition with an emphasis on technique and quality ingredients. The beverage program features signature cocktails, luxury spirits, and high-end bottle service. The opening coincides with the Delilah brand's 10-year anniversary and represents what the company describes as a "more refined creative direction" for its expansion strategy.
Why It Matters
For New York operators, Lady Delilah signals continued investment by established hospitality groups in high-end supper club and nightlife concepts that blend dining, entertainment, and cocktails—a model that remains viable in major markets despite post-pandemic shifts in night economy spending patterns.
