Fifth Location Marks Rapid Expansion for Experiential Dining Concept RDM Hospitality announced that Guest House will open in Aspen on December 31, 2026, occupying the former Madame Ushi space at 415 E Hyman Ave. The 220-seat venue will feature both Guest House and RSVP, an ultra-lounge concept, creating a dining and nightlife destination designed to transition guests from dinner service into late-night cocktails and entertainment. The Aspen opening represents Guest House's fifth location, following launches in Austin (2024), Las Vegas (2025), and Scottsdale (2026), with a Dallas location scheduled for November 2026. A Houston venue is planned for Q1 2027, with additional markets to be announced.
Design Philosophy and Concept Guest House positions itself around the premise that dinner can extend across an entire evening. The concept combines elevated New American cuisine—rooted in nostalgic favorites but utilizing seasonal ingredients—with craft cocktails, immersive design, music, and high-energy hospitality. "Aspen is a natural next step for Guest House," said Raj Kumar, co-founder and CEO of RDM Hospitality. "It's a destination that understands hospitality, energy, and experience, and we're excited to introduce Guest House and RSVP in a way that feels distinctly Aspen while staying true to what we've created with the brand."
Celebrity Partnership The Aspen location will feature a partnership with Grammy Award-winning DJ and producer Cedric Gervais. His involvement pairs RDM Hospitality's dining and experiential portfolio with deep roots in global nightlife and entertainment. "Guest House has created something special by bringing together great food, cocktails, music, and energy in a way that feels effortless," Gervais said. "Aspen is the perfect setting for that experience, and I'm excited to be part of what Raj and the RDM Hospitality team are building and to help bring it to this market."
Why It Matters
The expansion signals continued momentum in experiential dining concepts that blend food, beverage, and entertainment into extended social occasions. Aspen's affluent, hospitality-focused market represents a strategic growth opportunity for brands targeting high-spend occasion dining and late-night entertainment venues.
