Expanded Hours Bring New Menu Offerings to Anaheim Venue Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby has expanded operations to include daily lunch service, effective August 20. The Downtown Disney District restaurant now opens at 11 a.m. and serves through 3 p.m. before transitioning to dinner service, extending its modern British menu to midday guests. The move positions the restaurant as a daytime destination for park visitors seeking a break or early meal before evening activities at the Disneyland Resort.
Menu Additions The lunch menu features established signatures including Beef Wellington, Fish & Chips, Cottage Pie, Bangers & Mash, The Carnaby Wagyu Burger, and Sticky Toffee Pudding. Two dishes debut exclusively during lunch hours. The Idiot Sandwich pairs thrice-fried chicken breast with G.F.C. sauce and dill pickle on brioche, served with fries or salad. The Prawn Cocktail Roll combines poached prawns, Marie Rose sauce, avocado purée, American caviar, and malt vinegar crisps. "There is something particularly exciting about bringing The Carnaby's music, color, and unmistakable sense of fun into the middle of the day," said Robert Earl, Founder of Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby. "Lunch gives guests another way to make The Carnaby part of their Downtown Disney District experience, with new dishes that add a distinct daytime expression to the menu." The restaurant draws inspiration from London's Carnaby Street and 1960s cultural energy, combining cuisine with bold interiors and curated music. Reservations are available through gordonramsayatthecarnaby.com.
Why It Matters
Expanded daytime service increases revenue per unit by capturing meal periods previously unavailable and differentiates the venue within Disney's dining portfolio. The limited-time lunch menu creates repeat visit drivers while optimizing kitchen and staffing deployment.
