Why It Matters
For gaming and hospitality operators, these additions signal GMA's focus on connecting legacy technology and customer experience investments to measurable revenue growth. Mirabal's background modernizing casino loyalty and CRM systems, paired with Robins' track record opening and operating high-volume, multi-concept fine dining operations across resort properties, addresses two persistent operator pain points: aging customer data infrastructure and inconsistent food and beverage execution.
