DRINK RECIPE: Summer Rose Martini
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Waterloo Gin, Prickly Pear and Rose Gin
½ oz Lillet Blanc
½ oz fresh lemon juice
¼ oz rose liqueur
fresh rose petal, for garnish
METHOD:
In a cocktail shaker, add the gin, Lillet Blanc, lemon juice, rose liqueur, and ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a fresh rose petal. Enjoy!
