Subject: Celebrate Father’s Day in Las Vegas (Momofuku Las Vegas, CHICA, WAKDUA)

Hi Michael,

Hope you’re doing well! Reaching out to share details on two unique Father’s Day offerings at iconic Las Vegas restaurants. Both Momofuku Las Vegas , the famed Momofuku restaurant in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and CHICA , the ultimate celebration of Latin American cuisine and culture, and WAKUDA is the premier Japanese dining, both located within The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, are offering specials for the holiday.

For Father’s Day, Momofuku Las Vegas will be offering decadent 32 oz Prime Dry Aged Bone-in Ribeye ($214), grilled and basted with a sweet and savory Japanese glaze, served alongside Beef Fat Steak Fries and their house steak sauce with fresh horseradish. The special is served with a Suntory Hakushu 12 Old Fashioned to top it all off. Alongside the Father’s Day special, Chef de Cuisine Harrison Ono will also be serving the full standard menu, including large format favorites such as their iconic Bo Ssäm (Slow-roasted pork shoulder accompanied by rice, bibb lettuce, kimchi, ssäm sauce & ginger scallion sauce) and 5 Spice Roasted Duck (Whole duck served with crispy duck rice, bibb lettuce, crêpes, sliced cucumber, hoisin, ginger scallion sauce & fresh herbs).

At CHICA, the team is featuring the Campfires in Oaxaca cocktail, crafted with brown butter-washed 400 Conejos Añejo, Licor 43, brown sugar and chocolate bitters, alongside indulgent dishes like the Wagyu Tartare, made with Black Opal Wagyu, salsa macha egg yolk, aji amarillo and crispy cancha. For the main event, guests can enjoy the Duroc Pork Chop, a 14-ounce mesquite-grilled long bone pork chop served with caramelized stone fruit and roasted sweet potato, paired with Sweet Summer Corn Ribs topped with smoked queso cotija and pasilla lime aioli. In addition to these Father’s Day specials, CHICA will also be serving its full menu of signature favorites, showcasing the vibrant flavors and culinary traditions of Latin America.

Lastly, at WAKUDA, Father’s Day will be celebrated with exclusive offerings designed to honor dads, including a complimentary Harajuku cocktail – a spirit-forward stirred creation that blends the bold characteristics of a Manhattan and a Negroni – and a complimentary Wakuda Steak Seasoning Salt for every father. Guests can indulge in the Steak & Sushi Father’s Day Special, featuring a 6-ounce A4 Japanese Wagyu steak paired with WAKUDA’s signature A5 Aburi Japanese Wagyu Roll—an elegant sushi roll finished with a whisper of fire through the traditional aburi, or flame-searing, technique—for $150. Sourced directly from Japan, both the A4 and A5-grade Wagyu are celebrated for their extraordinary marbling, rich buttery flavor and exceptionally tender texture, delivering a luxurious dining experience. In addition to these Father’s Day offerings, WAKUDA will also serve its full menu of Japanese-inspired specialties, showcasing the restaurant’s refined approach to contemporary dining.

Let us know if this is a fit for your coverage! Happy to share more details and additional information as needed.

Thanks!

Jack
