Ford's Garage Shifts Focus to Seasonal Dining with BBQ Menu Launch

Ford's Garage, the auto-themed burger and craft beer restaurant operating 34 locations across eight states, has introduced its Great American Cookout menu, a limited-time lineup of BBQ-inspired dishes and summer beverages available now at participating locations.

New Menu Offerings

The summer menu features three primary dishes:

Ford's BBQ Trio combines a half rack of bourbon BBQ baby back ribs, cheddar jalapeño smoked sausage, and fire-braised pulled chicken served atop Texas toast with BBQ sauce and Ford's Fries.

Highway 101 Burger consists of a half-pound Black Angus burger topped with smoked gouda, applewood smoked bacon, tomato red onion jam, arugula, and basil aioli on a brioche bun with Ford's Fries.

For dessert, guests can choose between Strawberry Shortcake with house-made whipped cream and fresh strawberries or a Strawberry Shortshake blending vanilla ice cream with strawberry syrup and pound cake pieces.

Seasonal Beverages and Discounted Weekday Meals

The beverage lineup includes three options: a Strawberry Basil Smash cocktail made with Maker's Mark Bourbon, lemon juice, and muddled fresh strawberries and basil; Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy, a wheat beer with natural lemonade flavor; and a Strawberry Basil Lemonade featuring fresh lemonade muddled with strawberries and basil.

Concurrently, Ford's Garage is offering All-American Weekday Value Meals Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., starting at $10.99 for an entrée and drink. Menu choices include a 1/3-pound Americana Roadster Burger with Kettle Chips, Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Hand-Battered Chicken Tenders, or Mac 'N Cheese.

Company Context

"At Ford's Garage, we're passionate about creating experiences that bring people together around bold flavors and great hospitality," said Billy Downs, President of Ford's Garage. "The Great American Cookout menu puts a Ford's Garage spin on classic summer cookout favorites with BBQ-inspired dishes, refreshing seasonal drinks and indulgent desserts guests will want to come back for all summer long."

Founded in 2012 in downtown Fort Myers, Florida, Ford's Garage operates as an Official Licensee of the Ford Motor Company. The restaurant concept draws inspiration from 1920s-era service stations and combines vintage auto-themed design with chef-driven burgers and elevated comfort food offerings.

Pricing and availability vary by location. Modifications and upgrades may incur additional charges. The weekday value meal promotion excludes tax, gratuity, and fees, and is available for dine-in only.

Why It Matters

Seasonal menu rotations remain a key revenue driver for casual-dining burger concepts, particularly during summer when foot traffic peaks. Ford's Garage's emphasis on limited-time offerings and value-positioned weekday meals reflects industry trends toward driving both incremental sales and off-peak traffic. The chain's focus on visible theatre (ribs, smoked meats) and Instagram-friendly presentations aligns with how mid-scale burger restaurants maintain brand relevance in competitive markets.
