Ford's Garage has launched its Savor the Season limited-time menu at all 36 of its locations across nine states, adding a roster of comfort food entrées, festive cocktails, and a mocktail to its holiday lineup. The Tampa-based burger-and-craft-beer chain, which operates as an Official Licensee of the Ford Motor Company, kicked off the promotion on November 3.

The New Menu Items

Ford's Garage anchors the seasonal food lineup with two new entrées and two shareable items. Mama Ford's Homemade Meatloaf returns in a revised recipe — Certified Angus Beef® seared and finished with red wine gravy and crispy onion straws, served with a choice of two sides. The Double Clutch Burger stacks two quarter-pound Certified Angus Beef® patties with American cheese, pickle planks, caramelized onions, and Ford's Deluxe Sauce. Sweet and Sticky Wings — tossed in honey, sesame oil, soy sauce, lime juice, and Sriracha — round out the savory additions, available in six- or ten-piece orders. For dessert, a Bourbon Toffee Pecan Pie pairs a classic pecan filling with vanilla ice cream and warm bourbon toffee sauce.

On the beverage side, the chain is leaning into cranberry as a seasonal flavor anchor. The Frosted Cranberry Margarita combines Patrón Silver Tequila with cranberry juice, agave syrup, and lime, finished with candied cranberries and a sugared rim. For non-drinking guests, the Cranberry Ginger Fizz offers a zero-proof option built on cranberry juice, lime, pure cane syrup, and Fever-Tree Ginger Beer. Blue Moon® Belgian White rounds out the featured pour as a seasonal craft selection.

Gift Card Strategy

Alongside the LTO, Ford's Garage is running a gift card incentive structured to convert holiday spending into first-quarter traffic. Through December 31, 2026, guests who purchase $50 in gift cards receive a $10 Bonus Card redeemable at restaurant locations between January 1 and February 28, 2027. The mechanic is a straightforward frequency driver — moving gift card dollars into slow-season visits.

"The holidays are all about bringing people together over great food and memorable experiences," said Billy Downs, President of Ford's Garage. "Our Savor the Season menu celebrates the comfort foods people know and love, with creative twists and bold flavors that make them feel special for the season."

The promotion reflects a broader seasonal LTO strategy increasingly common across casual dining, where operators balance familiar flavor profiles with enough novelty to generate menu interest and social sharing. Comfort food positioning — meatloaf, pecan pie, wings — also aligns with what beverage and food trend analysts have identified as a durable consumer preference for nostalgic flavors during the holiday window. Founded in 2012 in Fort Myers, Florida, Ford's Garage has grown its auto-themed concept to 36 units, with gift cards available both in-restaurant and online at FordsGarageUSA.com.
