Evermore Orlando Resort is launching its most expansive holiday programming yet, anchored by seasonal culinary events, a wellness partnership with a Harvard-trained social scientist, and experiential programming designed to drive multi-night stays from Thanksgiving through New Year's Day 2027.

The initiative positions the 1,100-acre destination—which sits adjacent to Walt Disney World and combines the Forbes Four Star, AAA Five Diamond Conrad Orlando hotel with its private-home Evermore Residences product—as a full-season hospitality play rather than a single-holiday draw. For operators and hospitality professionals tracking how luxury resorts are differentiating on experience rather than amenity count, the programming model is worth watching.

Seasonal Dining in Focus

Food and beverage anchors the holiday calendar. On Christmas Eve, Sophia's Trattoria hosts an Italian-American Feast of the Seven Fishes, a nod to the Southern Italian seafood tradition that continues to gain traction on upscale holiday menus across the country. On New Year's Eve, rooftop restaurant Ceiba offers a ticketed celebration featuring caviar, champagne, and live entertainment, with panoramic views of Central Florida fireworks—an experience open to both hotel guests and outside reservations, a move that expands the property's revenue footprint beyond room nights.

Throughout the season, Conrad Spa Orlando adds aromatherapy treatments built around balsam, cinnamon clove, and peppermint, while the broader resort calendar includes champagne and caviar tastings, holiday afternoon tea, and fireside s'mores. The Evermore Residences culinary team offers in-residence holiday meal delivery, letting multi-generational groups eat together without leaving their accommodations—a format increasingly relevant as group travel hospitality trends continue to reshape resort F&B strategy.

The Wellness Differentiator

Perhaps the most operationally novel element is the Relational Wellness by Evermore program, developed in partnership with Kasley Killam, a Harvard-trained social scientist and author of The Art and Science of Connection. Killam designed Thanksgiving-specific experiences including Connection Cocktails paired with conversation prompts, a communal Gratitude Toast, Gratitude Cards, and a Lantern Ceremony.

"Thanksgiving has always been about gathering around the table, but being together does not automatically mean we are connecting," said Elizabeth Mullins, president of Evermore Orlando Resort. "Through Relational Wellness by Evermore, we are designing simple moments—from sharing gratitude to creating meaningful rituals—that help families and friends become more present with one another."

For hospitality professionals, this signals a broader shift in how luxury resorts are packaging intangible value. Rather than competing solely on room product or theme-park proximity, Evermore is layering behavioral science into its guest experience—a strategy that aligns with growing consumer demand for wellness-driven hospitality programming.

What Operators Should Note

The resort's approach to tiered holiday access is notable from a revenue-management standpoint. Some experiences—carolers, bay swim, scavenger hunts—are included with a stay, while select dining events, cabanas, and workshops carry additional fees or require advance reservations. That unbundling strategy mirrors what branded all-inclusive and luxury urban hotels have deployed to capture incremental spend without inflating base room rates.

The Resolution Studio experience on December 30—where guests write letters to their future selves that Evermore mails back a year later—also illustrates how operators can engineer post-stay touchpoints that reinforce brand recall long after checkout. Conrad Orlando General Manager Sean McCarron described the team's focus as delivering "thoughtful, personalized experiences that make the season feel truly extraordinary."

Holiday programming runs November through January 1, 2027.
