New South Florida Restaurant Emphasizes Made-In-House Approach Ember & Vine, a new all-day dining concept from P Hospitality Management, has opened at 5920 Coral Ridge Drive in Coral Springs' Sawgrass Center. The restaurant operates on the philosophy: "Intentional where we can be, indulgent where we should be," offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner alongside a cocktail program. Co-owner Eddie Pozzuoli said, "We've been so excited to finally open our doors and welcome the Coral Springs community to Ember & Vine. Seeing everything we've been working toward come to life and having our guests experience it for themselves is incredibly rewarding. From the menu and beverage program to the design of the space, every detail was thoughtfully created with our community in mind. We're excited for people to make Ember & Vine part of their everyday lives, whether that's stopping in for breakfast, meeting for a business lunch, enjoying a date night, or gathering with family and friends."
Menu Highlights and Sourcing Breakfast offerings include Matcha Overnight Oats, a Garden Breakfast Wrap with roasted vegetables, potatoes, scrambled eggs, and goat cheese, and the P.E.C.—a porchetta, eggs, and cheese sandwich on brioche with Calabrian chili tomato jam. Coffee is locally roasted by 360F Roasters in Coral Springs. Dinner selections include Christina's Crudité with garden vegetables, cashew miso tzatziki, and almond romesco; Tuna Bombs with fresh tuna, avocado, ginger, and sesame; Hearth Bread with Roman-style pinsa, whipped herb ricotta, and local honey; Miso Black Cod with crispy rice, wakame, and sake soy butter; and Beef Short Ribs served with scallion pancake, tamari, and sesame. Pastry Chef Miranda Whitaker created house-made desserts including Mini Carrot Bundt Cakes with pistachio gelato, a Baked Alaska, Matcha Tea'Rimisu as a Japanese-inspired take on tiramisu, and the Butter Cake Pop. Co-owner Christina Pozzuoli noted, "The menu is designed to encourage exploration: order a little bit of everything, pass plates around, and discover new favorites every time."
Beverage Program and Operations Signature cocktails include The Host with house-infused mint vodka, lime, agave, and muddled mint; The Dreamer with butterfly pea gin, lavender syrup, limoncello, fresh lemon, and soda water; and The Jet Setter, a blend of jalapeño-infused tequila, lime, pineapple, and passion fruit. The restaurant also offers wine and draft beer selections. The opening created nearly 75 front-of-house and back-of-house positions. Ember & Vine is P Hospitality Management's fourth Broward County restaurant, following Eddie & Vinny's Coastal Italian (opened March 2025) and Dear Olivia (August 2025). The group also operates Corvina Seafood & Grill, Prezzo Boca Raton, and Amante's in Deerfield Beach, with Eddie & Vinny's Palm Beach Gardens slated to open Fall 2025.
Hours and Operations Ember & Vine operates seven days a week with breakfast daily from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Dinner service runs Sunday–Thursday, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday–Saturday, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Lunch service from 11 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. launches Wednesday, August 26, 2026. The restaurant accommodates private events and group dining.
Why It Matters
Ember & Vine represents a multi-unit operator's strategy to expand in South Florida through neighborhood-focused concepts that blur daypart boundaries. The emphasis on house-made products and local sourcing aligns with consumer demand for transparent food sourcing—a competitive differentiator in the crowded all-day-dining category.
